Oregon Corrections Enterprises

Oregon Corrections Enterprises (OCE) provides voluntary, real-world work and training opportunities that help adults in custody (AICs) build job skills, strengthen work ethics, and prepare for successful reentry into their communities. Participants apply and interview for positions, gaining experience in technical, professional, and administrative fields using modern tools and systems.

Through partnerships with businesses, nonprofits, and public agencies, OCE delivers high-quality products and services while aligning training with Oregon's workforce needs. As a self-sustaining, semi-independent state agency, OCE operates like a private-sector business, expanding opportunities inside correctional facilities and supporting safer, healthier communities across Oregon.

Products and Services

OCE offers a wide range of professional and manufacturing services that support agencies, schools, municipalities, and private organizations. Our operations include metal manufacturing; wood manufacturing and upholstery; commercial print services with full envelope conversion; sign shop production; multimedia and design services; garment and textile manufacturing; laundry services; call center operations; document scanning and digitization; and braille production. We also operate Workforce Access programs, partnering with employers to bring work into our facilities or to provide supervised off‑site work opportunities. Each program is designed to build real‑world skills, support Oregon’s workforce needs, and deliver high‑quality results to our community partners.
